I like the mermaid style colors a lot and the glittery tulle (the ones with the dots) turned out especially nice!

No-Sew Tutu (Mermaid Style)
Last weekend I took my daughter with me to explore a new fabric store. For coming with me, she could pick out some fabrics she liked. Coming home again, I had to think of something to make out of the chosen materials and I remembered this no-sew tutu I found on Pinterest.
Used materials were 4 colors of tulle (one yard each) and some elastic.
I like the mermaid style colors a lot and the glittery tulle (the ones with the dots) turned out especially nice!
